International Yoga Day Celebration visit: June 21, 2019

On 21st June 2019, the International Yoga Day was celebrated at Manekshaw Parade ground at 7.00 am. The dignitaries of the event were Deputy Director General NCC Air Commandar Lalit Kumar Jain, Group commander of Bangalore ‘A’ Group and Col Rajesh Varma, Commanding officer. Adm officers, PI Staffs and ANO’s of Bangalore ‘A’ &’B’ Group were also present in large numbers.

Around 4000 Cadets from Bangalore ‘A’&’B’ Group actively participated in the event. Our cadets from junior and senior division along with our ANO Lt. Sampath Kumar.R were also part of this event. The event was conducted in order to make the cadets aware of the importance and benefits of yoga. Cadets were assisted in learning of yoga by the event proved to be helpful to all the cadets to refresh and fill their minds with positive energy.
