Awareness on Women Empowerment – NCC: Jan 25, 2020

The NCC Unit of the College organized a Women Empowerment Programme on 25th January 2020 at 1:30 pm, under the guidance of Lt. Sampath Kumar R, the ANO and Hebbagodi Police Officers.

This Program was conducted in order to create awareness among all girls regarding women safety. They were instructed how to react when they are in trouble and protect themselves. 108 NCC Cadets, KCD Wardens and NSS Volunteers took active participation in the program.

The Police Department came with its team named ‘Vanake Obavva’ which symbolizes Bravery, Wisdom And Courage. Sub Inspector Ashok and his team shared valuable information regarding women empowerment and safety. Contact numbers were also shared to the students, for any future reference, help and assistance.
