INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO CARL ZEISS: 25 MAY 2022 - DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE

The Department of Science, St Francis de Sales College organized Industrial Visit to Carl Zeiss Bangalore - Production Site on 25th of May 2022. Mr. Sudharshan the team manager at Carl Zeiss arranged the industrial visit as a collaborative program between Department of Science and Ziess.

BSc students who have taken Physics and Electronics as their main subject visited the manufacturing industry. They explain in detail about the manufacturing process of lenses. The physics students were able to understand the subject optics and the electronics students understood the instrumentation Electronics in detail. Students were able to connect optics and optic electronics and instrumentation in reality.
