BANGALORE UNIVERSITY INTER- COLLEGIATE BEST PHYSIQUE TOURNAMENT: 14 FEBRUARY 2023 – DEPARTMENT OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Bangalore University Inter-Collegiate Body Building Competition was held on 14 th February 2023 and the four students from SFS participated in that under the guidance of Ms. Christina Mary, Department of Physical Education. The Best Physique Tournament was held in the main campus – Bangalore University, Jnana Bharathi Campus.

  The Bodybuilding division is the most muscular division. There is no weight limit. Within the division are different classes based on weight. It doesn't matter how tall you are, it's all about weight. Bodybuilding is much like any other sport. A total of six colleges comprising of 30 students had participated in this tournament. It was indeed a proud moment for our College as our boys secured 3 medals. Desalite Krishna and Desalite Abhi Gowda secured the First place under 75Kg and 70Kg categories respectively. Desalite Yogesh G secured Second Place under the 65Kg category. These boys have achieved their goal with unwavering dedication, training, diet and strong mental attitude.
