proceeding involving a person or business that is unable to repay their outstanding debts. All of the
debtor's assets are measured and evaluated, and the assets may be used to repay a portion of
outstanding debt.
Students were grouped and they presented the case after analysing it in detail. The actual
proceedings of bankruptcy, disadvantages and regulations were put to action and thus the concept
was implemented practically. These types of activities are essential for the students to understand
the subject in-depth. The department organizes various events such as these at the class room level
in order to engage with young minds and develop an enhanced learning experience.
