Snowball Discussion was conducted on 11 th June 2021 from 10.00 am to 10.40 am for II Semester
BBA Aviation students. This event was organized by the Prof. Ramandeep Kaur and 12 Students
participated in it. The topic for discussion was “Motivation”. The Snowball Technique is a way for
students to teach each other important concepts and information. Shanthi Priya was the winner of
Activity.
Snowball discussion enables students to feel more confident about talking through ideas with their
peers. Snowballing is one technique which enables students to initially think about their own
response to a question, then converse with just one other person. It is an active learning strategy
that helps students share and teach each other various concepts and topics. This technique allows
the students to work in groups and build their knowledge gradually. Students begin this activity as
individuals answering questions or sharing their ideas. They then create progressively larger
conversational groups by doubling their group size every few minutes until everybody in the large
group has reconvened by the end of the activity.
