Outbound Learning Program 2024
THE OBJECTIVE OF THE PROGRAM:
An outbound training program typically refers to a form of experiential learning that takes participants
outside of their usual work environment to engage in activities aimed at improving their personal and
professional skills. The objectives of an outbound training program are as below:

THE OUTCOME OF THE PROGRAM:
Participating in this outbound training program has provided several positive outcomes for students,
such as improved teamwork, enhanced leadership skills, better communication, increased problem-
solving abilities, stress management, boosted motivation, heightened trust among peers, improved
time management, enhanced decision-making skills, adaptability to change, greater self-awareness,
networking opportunities, and the development of a positive and collaborative student community.
These outcomes contribute to their personal growth and success both academically and socially.
