Intercollegiate – National Level Video Contest: 17 May 2021 - IC CLUB, Department of Science

The Association for Electronics - IC CLUB under the Department of Science conducted an Intercollegiate Online Video Contest, on the theme ACCELERATING DIGITAL INFORMATION IN CHALLENGING TIME on the occasion of World Telecommunication and Information Society Day on 17 th May 2020. The sub themes were - Opportunities to accelerate digital transformation in challenging times, Digital acceleration towards Education System, Digital Approach towards Agriculture Fields, Digital Up gradation on Hospital Management and Sustainability of Digital Platform.

The purpose of World Telecommunication and Information Society Day (WTISD) is to raise awareness on the possibilities that the use of the Internet and other information and communication technologies can bring to society and economy, as well as of ways to bridge the digital divide. A total of 22 students participated for the event from various colleges.

The participants shared their knowledge and ideas in this challenging world to accelerate digital information. Vaishnav V from SRN Adarsh College, Bangalore shared his knowledge on Internet Facility in all the field. Lavanya K from Jyothi Nivas College spoke about Opportunities to accelerate digital transformation in challenging times, Ayush Rathore from SRN Adarsh College spoke about digital approach towards agricultural field and Deepshika from St. Francis College shared her views on digital up gradation on hospital management. E-certificates were given to all the participants of the Intercollegiate – National Level Video Contest.
