ORIENTATION OF ONLINE LIBRARY RESOURCES: 10 MAY 2022 – DEPARTMENT OF BUSINESS ASSOCIATION IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE LIBRARY COMMITTEE

In association with the Library Committee of St. Francis De Sales College, the Department of Business Administration organized an orientation programme for the final year BBA students at Digital Library on 10 th May 2022. The main objective of the programme is to make the students log into the E-resources available at the college and access the library with the user mail id. The objective of the activity was to familiarise and promote the use of DELNET among the students.

The Chief Librarian, Mrs. Dheenadhayalini was the resource person for the program and explained how to activate INFIBNET (Information and Library Network) and DELNET (Developing Library Network) online platforms for using the library through online mode. She gave a live demo of all the modules and services of DELNET to the students. She provided technical assistance to the students in collecting, storing, sharing, and disseminating information through DELNET. The outcome of the program was that students learnt how to access online library resources and how it can shape their future which is much needed for their work-life.
