SEMINAR ON ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE: 15 FEBRUARY 2023 - DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE IN ASSOCIATION WITH KANIKA CLUB

A presentation on environmental science was conducted on 15 February 2023 by the department of Science in association with Kanika Club for the B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) students. Today, large population pressure is exerting tremendous pressure on our natural resource. The presentation was related to various environmental science topics such as ecosystems, environmental pollution, climate change, renewable and non-renewable energy

The presentation was meant to give students awareness on environmental science, to improve their presentation and orator skills. The youth of today, is the future of tomorrow. It is very important that these students understand the value of our ecosystem. As our planet is under a lot of negative effect, it is therefore essential that our population and economic growth are environmentally sustainable. 

The presentation was very informative. The students got to know how to choose subject and prepare for public presentation. Also helped them to improve their skills to present a topic in front a group.
