INTERDISCIPLINARY WORKSHOP - DEPARTMENT OF BCA September 30th, 2019

Mrs. Mangaryarkarasi - Head of the BBA Department of our College conducted a one hour interdisciplinary workshop for the II year BCA students on 30th September 2019. The topic cherry picked for the computer science was “Financial Accounting Management”.

The Management and faculty always strive for the advancement of the students and that is why we always incorporate all new conceptions that benefits the students. Now the importance of conducting an Interdisciplinary Workshop is that it allows the student to learn by making connections between ideas and concepts across different disciplinary boundaries. Students learning in this way are able to apply the knowledge gained in one discipline to another different discipline as a way to deepen the learning experience.

With a Doctorate in Business Management and her vast experience in the education field, she delivered a swift and effortless session to the students. She made her way through the alphabets of financial accounting, slowing climbing the ladder of financial management pausing to answer questions. Within a short duration, the student’s perspective about the topic changed a great deal.
