Admission 2016 - 2017

Admission Procedure
A pass in PUC or Plus-2 examination or any other equivalent examination recognized by the University of Bangalore.

The candidate should satisfy all other conditions set by Bangalore University.

Each applicant shall produce at the time of admission the following in original:

  • PUC / XII Std Mark Statement (if photocopy then to be attested by the concerned principal from where the candidate comes)
  • Transfer Certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
  • Conduct Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied in
  • Ten recent passport-size photographs
  • Two attested photocopies of Mark Sheet
  • Caste Certificate
  • Migration certificate


The selected candidates from other University areas must produce the following certificates in original at the time of admission: Pass Certificate
A Course Certificate from the Head of the Institution last studied in
Migration Certificate
Recognition Certificate

Additional Documents to be produced by Foreign Students:
Provisional Eligibility Certificate
Valid Student Visa
Passport Copy
Residence Permit
Soon after the counseling / interview, the candidates selected shall be enrolled on payment of fee as per the fee structure. Admission is subject to the University’s approval. No transfer from one discipline to any other is permitted.

Fee Regulations:

  • The fee shall be paid for the full year or for the first semester on the day of admission. Fee once paid, will not be refunded.
  • The fee shall be remitted to the South Indian Bank-branch office located within the campus.
  • Students should retain the payment receipt for future reference.
  • Students are expected to clear all their arrears including fine and breakage, damages etc. if any, to obtain the admission ticket for the University exam.
  • Students shall obtain and clear No Due certificate (NDC) to obtain admission ticket for the university exams.
  • Student shall obtain a receipt of any fines paid at the office on demand.

FOREIGN STUDENTS’ ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY

The following are the documents required for the foreign student’s admission eligibility:

1. 12 years study of Board Mark statement of respective country
2. Testimonial
3. Passport copy
4. Soft copy of the passport size photograph to be sent by mail
5. Physically 10 passport size photograph to be submitted at the time of admission by the student
6. Yellow fever card
7. Medical Certificate to be produced after admission

Note: For applying Foreign student eligibility with the Bangalore University, fee to be paid as prescribed by the college.
