REPORT ON WELCOME CEREMONY OF (RDC CADETS)

On 07th February 2024, NCC cadets of SFS Degree College belonging to 1/1 COY ARMY WING of 1 KAR BN NCC, conducted a Welcoming Ceremony for our cadets who were a part of RDC 2024 r /> camp held at New Delhi.

The program took place with a total of 60 cadets. It was a proud moment for all of us as our cadets namely CSUO Tharun D took part in the Prime Minister Rally and Commentary box while our CDT Ajay took part in the All-India Guard of Honour at Republic Day Camp 2024 at New Delhi. The welcoming ceremony began with cadets walking through the red carpet. The red-carpet entry added an air of glamour and prestige to the event, as they made their grand entrance. Cadets were then welcomed with red roses and bouquets. The main guest of this event was the proud parents of our Republic Day Camp achievers. Their parents were being felicitated and honored by our Principal Rev Fr Binu, Vice Principal Rev Fr Jijo Jose, Financial Administration Rev. Fr Robin and our ANO Captain Sampath Kumar R in Principal office. To acknowledge the efforts, hard work and dedication of our cadets we conducted a small program inside the classroom where a small video representing their journey in this camp was depicted. All cadets were enthusiastic and happy to hear about their experiences. This welcoming event successfully encapsulated the spirit of celebration and gratitude, leaving cadets with cherished memories. Overall, the program was covered by the media and we ended the program with a group photo and refreshments were also provided to cadets.
