Report on inauguration of “swachh hi seva”

On September 15th 2018, with more than 100 cadets we inaugurated “Swachh hi Seva” programme as directed by the Karnataka and goa directorate in presence of Lt. Sampath Kumar R and PI staff -Hal Sundar Sir and Hal Thirumal sir.

We started the programme by watering the plant as the inauguration of the “Swachh hi seva” programme. The list of activities which were directed by the directorate were read out to the cadets so that everyone are aware about the activities so that they can plan for the future days.

Later, our guest Prof. Kariyabasava Gowda, HOD of Department of Language, SFS college spoke few words regarding importance of cleanliness and “Swachh hi seva”.

The inauguration of “Swachh Hi Seva” programme was successful with the support of ex-cadets, ANO Lt Sampath Kumar R, PI staff and our principal Dr.Fr Roy who led us from front and supported us from back.

We thank 1 KAR BN NCC for providing good opportunity for all the cadets to work socially and help in nation building. A special thanks to our directorate for guiding us with the ideas of implementing the Swachh Bharath Abhiyan drives among the cadets in different parts of the sate and leading cadets to be responsible citizens.
