He outlined that the efforts of his teachers and this initial struggle helped him to excel and motivated him to do his higher studies. After obtaining the undergraduate degree, Mr. Sanju joined a leading IT company and later on took his MTech degree from BITS Pilani. Mr. Sanju Joseph explained the requirements for freshers in several industries by depicting his own example and experiences. The speaker explained the advantages of studying the BSC (MEC) course by highlighting various factors that this course brings mathematics, electronics and computer science together which make the study of computer science complete. This course also offers students a wide range of career opportunities as well as a firm base for higher studies.

The resource person encouraged students to ask questions and emphasised that unless the students don’t have the quest to learn they cannot extract new knowledge from their teachers. His teachers who were attending the session were made to recall the classes in which they used to carry big reference books. Mr. Sanju induced the need of being attentive and inquisitive as his maxim was, “ask more, the teachers will give you more”. Mr. Sanju also told the students to enjoy their college life as memories also count to make life smoother and enjoying. But he cautioned them about irresponsibility in the name of entertainment and enjoyment. He explained how a student should limit himself/herself from any activities that can spoil their character and career as both are important for a successful life.

The session was interactive, inspiring and motivating. The speaker helped the students to understand that failure is a helping hand for every success and ‘quitting’ is something that is only chosen by losers. Mr. Sanju conveyed that not only the academic results that counts for being a successful person but also talent in various other activities add up to make people successful.

The session was worth every second wherein the audience were inspired to achieve great things in our life and these great things are achieved by planning for it every day. “Each day counts to be successful and the thirst to achieve more must never fade as there is no full stop in education since education is endless” were the golden words said by Mr. Sanju. It was indeed very beneficial and inspiring.
