Gandhi Jayanthi

On 2nd October 2017, we celebrate the birth of its iconic leader Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi Jayanti. He is called ‘the Father of Our Nation’ for his relentless hard work that brought independence to India. The NCC Desalites remembering him on his birth anniversary and paid tribute to this great leader.

Our cadets actively participated in the occasion. Fr Jijo Manjackal the Vice-Principal honoured the portrayal of M K Gandhi and delivered a beautiful messages – calling everyone to follow the secular thought of the great personality and live harmoniously in India. He also reminded on the policy of Non-Violence and Discipline which Gandhiji followed till his death. The celebrations were sweetened with the relishing of sweets. Jai Hind
